Following the introduction workshop series „Awake@Work“ by GreaterWe* in January, we would like to invite you for our first Mindful Lunch Break Session with them on 12th March, 12pm.
A short mindfulness workshop that is ideal as an introduction and impulse to the subject of mindfulness.
In this short format we offer a primer on the subject of mindfulness. Whether as a learn&lunch format or an introduction for a broader workshop, this session gives a taste of the immense value in developing a consciousness practice for life in and out of work. Suitable both as a taster for those approaching the subject for the first time and a deepening for those already familiar with the subject, we create a space in which participants can develop connection to their authentic selves, learn to pause, and strive for small or large transformation processes through routine-building in their everyday lives.
Who is this workshop for?
Everyone - regardless of leadership position or not - who just want to take a short mindful break from the busy day/week
Thought-Leaders and change-makers that are characterized who want to get to know the topic better for themselves and wanting to go deeper into practice and bring impulses into their work environment
Happy to have you.
