Deepak Chopra 21-Day Meditation Challenge START!


We’d like to challenge you to join us on the 21-day Meditation Challenge by Deepak Chopra.

How does it work?

  • For 21 days you commit to doing a meditation each morning (optional an exercise)

  • Each evening you receive a meditation and (optional assignment) in a Whatsapp group

  • In the Whatsapp we only to say “Hi” upfront and after 21 days you can share your experience with the group if you feel like it

  • After completing the daily task, please write the completion statement. For example, "Day 1 Done" as a confirmation for all of you. —> Accountability works ;)

Who is it for?

  • KULA Members + you can invite friends/colleagues or whoever would be interested. The more the merrier!

  • Everyone from 0 experience with meditation to the true pro’s who are looking for some accountability and connection
