Some of you might be familiar with the power of showing “Gratitude” and are struggling to stick with it and keep reminding yourself on a daily basis. So, to make things a little bit easier….
We’re starting a Gratitude Challenge to hold each other accountable for making this positive change daily for 30 days!
Starting Monday 31st of May.
How? We will have an app group and each evening you will receive a small intention/assignment for the following day. You have 24 hours to complete it!
It will be things like; “Do a random act of kindness”, “Compliment a stranger”, “Treat someone to a coffee”

A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND ON THE SCIENCE OF GRATITUDE
In daily life, you might encounter obstacles that can limit your feelings and expressions of gratitude
such as (stated by Deepak Chopra);
Comparing yourself to others
Being lost in the past or overly focused on the future
Getting caught up in fear
Afraid to being seen as inauthentic
How can we overcome these obstacles?
According to Forbes, “gratitude opens the door to more relationships, it improves physical and mental health, enhances empathy and reduces aggression, have better sleep and improved self-esteem.”
